Gary Goff, 61, of Statts Mill, Jackson County passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at his home following a long illness. Gary was a Heavy Equipment Operator and worked for several companies including Green Mountain Company, Chase Enterprises, Mc Neil Fence and Guthrie Fence and Many Coal Companies. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, George and Naomi Goff, his first wife Barbara Goff and a stepson, John Fletcher. Gary is survived by his wife Janice; brothers Paul (Alice) of Dunbar, Russell (Karen) of Charleston and Larry (Renie) of Georgia; daughter Tonya Turley (Buck); step-sons James Anderson (Dawn), David Anderson (Penny) and Bruce Fletcher; step-daughters LaDarin Jefferies and April Stalnaker (Robbie); 17 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank special uncle and aunt, Joe and Lucy Goff of Ripley, special grandchild Autumn Anderson and special friends Daniel Fields, Jamie Steel, Ronnie Gandee and many more of his friends. Funeral Service will be held at 5:00 pm Saturday, May 9, 2015 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Rev. Charles Pennington officiating. Burial will be in the Siniaville Cemetery, Statts Mill. Friends will be received from 3:00 pm until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
