H. Pauline Frashier

H. Pauline Frashier, 97 of Charleston, WV passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 in the compassionate care of Hospice Care at Ravenswood Care Center. She was born in Kenna, WV the only daughter and youngest child of the late Oscar Blaine and Icie May Harpold Rankin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell C. Frashier, and four brothers, William Wirt Rankin (Esther), Winfred Harpold Rankin (Hilda), Wendell Edwin Rankin and Robert Foster Rankin. She retired as an Executive Secretary following a long career with Columbia Gas. Locally she is survived by her nephew Ralph Rankin, great niece Tammy (Scott) Clarkson and great nephew Edward Rankin as well as her great-great nieces Whitney Snyder (Bradley and Riley Snyder) and Lauren Clarkson (Nathan Withers). Members of her husband’s family that survive her are Douglas Ford and Anna Cerruci. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans. Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley is serving the family.
