Hailey Anne Harper

Hailey Anne Harper, 13, of Sandyville passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at CAMC General Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Hailey was born November 13, 2007 in Parkersburg, a daughter of Melinda Myers Harper and Roger Harper. In addition to her parents Hailey is survived by her sister, Miranda Harper; brother Brandon Harper; grandmother Linda Richards; aunt and uncle Tammy and John Lowe; cousins Shayla Lowe, Austin Lowe, Anakin Lowe, and John Lowe. She is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Oley Myers, grandmother Barbara McClure and sister, Desirea Harper. A time of visitation will be held Monday, December 14th from 4-6 p.m. at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
