Howard Beegle Jr.

Howard Lee Beegle Jr., 64, of Ripley passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at his home.

He was born December 26, 1960 in Ripley a son of the late Howard Sr. and Reedith Lee (Reed) Beegle.

Howard was a master technician in the automotive industry with 34 years of service. He worked at several area dealers including White Dodge, Tom Peden Country and Mark Porter. Howard will be remembered for his art of dealing. He enjoyed antique vehicles, flea markets and NASCAR. He also enjoyed fishing and a good poker game.

Howard is survived by his wife Kay (Spainhour) Beegle; sons Jonathan Gump and Casey Beegle (Angela Ayers); brothers Matthew Beegle and Heath Casto and sister Jennifer Allen; granddaughter Mackensie Gump. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents Howard was preceded in death by an infant brother, Hershel Beegle.

Funeral service will be 4 p.m. Sunday, March 23rd at Waybright Funeral Home with Pastor Dee Rhodes officiating. Visitiation will be held from 2 p.m. until the time of the service Burial will follow in the Otterbein Cemetery, Evans.
