Ivan "Buddy" Starcher

Ivan H. “Buddy” Starcher, 60 of Sandyville passed away January 23, 2023 at Ruby Memorial Hospital following an extended illness.

He was born September 13, 1962 in Parkersburg, son of the late Curt Lee and Beulah Miller Starcher. He enjoyed riding bicycles, listing to music, and visiting on the front porch.

He is survived by his siblings Patsy Geraldine Rexroad, Larry Dale Starcher, Curt Elwood Starcher, Linda Susan Fisher and Cindy G. Burnem along with several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by siblings Shirley Corrina Rexroad and Hal Leonard Starcher.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, January 29, 2023 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Burial will follow in the Independence Cemetery, Sandyville. Friends may call from 12:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
