James Lee Duncan

James Lee Duncan, 79 of Ripley passed away March 28, 2022 at his Melbourne, Florida winter home. He was born September 27, 1942 in Ripley, son of the late Thomas Duncan and Alice Conley Duncan Archer. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Betty Ann Duncan and his son Jeffrey Duncan. In honoring his wishes he was cremated and his cremains will be buried in the Independence Cemetery, Sandyville, at a later date.
