James E. Fisher

James Edward Fisher, 78 of Ravenswood, passed away December 24, 2018 At Overbrook Center, Middleport, Ohio following a long illness. He was born December 23, 1940 in Ripley, a son of the late Otmer and Kathleen Stewart Fisher. He was a graduate of Ripley High School. James served his country in the United States Marine Corp and Retired from the United States Navy with 20 years of service. He is survived by his sisters, Joyce Tolley and her husband James of Hagerstown, MD, Shirley Mace of Ravenswood and Judy Bond of Parkersburg. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
