Joey

James Donald “Joey” Lowther, 69 of Ripley, passed away March 21, 2022 at his home following a long illness. He was born September 11, 1952 in South Charleston, son of the late James D. and Hazel Miller Lowther. Joey served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked construction most of his life. He is survived by his son, Matthew Lowther of Ravenswood; daughter Reanna Miller of Kingwood: sisters, Debbie Clendenin and Diane Hamric both of Ripley. In honoring his wishes he will be cremated and no public service will be held. Waybright Funeral Home is serving the family.
