James Walker

James “Jimmy” Allen Walker, 77 of Ripley, passed away December 6, 2023 at Cabell-Huntington Hospital following an extended illness.

He was born February 27, 1946 in Ripley, son of the late Harold and Elva Payne Walker. He served his country in the US Army and enjoyed walking and watching TV.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Keith Walker and Lakin Walker and Aunt, Janet Butte.

He is survived by a daughter; Lisa Walker; aunt Reva Tolley

A Graveside service will be held at 1p.m. on Tuesday, December 12th, 2023, at the Parsons Cemetery, Gay, with Rev. Herman Robinson officiating. Burial will be in the Parsons Cemetery, Gay, WV.
