Jerry K. Anderson

Jerry K. Anderson, 66 of Evans, passed away suddenly on August 3, 2016 at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley. He was born September 18, 1949 in Jackson County, a son of the late Herman G. and Ada Irene Price Anderson. He was a graduate of Ripley High School, worked at the Ripley and Millcreek Exxon with 30 years of service and was currently working at the Ripley Walmart in Maintenance. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Beverly Rhodes Anderson; a son Joshua Keith Anderson of Evans; brothers James Kermit (Lori) Anderson of Gandeeville and Jennings Kenneth (Debbie) Anderson of Sandyville; sister Janet K. (Kenneth) Southall of Given; brothers-in-law Richard Rhodes of Parkersburg and Roger (Stephanie) Rhodes of Millwood; sisters-in-law Virginia (Gerald) Rhodes Vance of Sandyville and Linda Rhodes of Ripley. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant son, John Kevin Anderson; sister Joyce Anderson and brother-in-law Rod Rhodes and several aunts and uncles. Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley . Burial will be in the Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.
