Jerry Allen Fields

Jerry Allen Fields, 65, of Kenna passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Camden Clark Medical Center following complications from COVID-19.

Jerry was born August 24, 1957 at Kenna, WV a son of the late Abe McDonald and Lena Faye Parsons Fields. Jerry was a farmer who loved animals, hunting and fishing and serving his Lord at Vista Church.

Jerry is survived by brothers Junior Fields (Melissa), Bill Fields, Calvin Fields (Connie), Hershel Fields and Tommy Fields (Joan); sisters Dottie Fields, Janet Hatcher (Romie) and Jo Ann Roton. Jerry is also survived by 10 nieces and 8 nephews.

In addition to his parents Jerry was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Fields.

A funeral service to celebrate Jerry’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 23rd at Plainview Church, Kenna with Pastor Ray Thomas officiating. Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until the time of the service at the church. Burial will follow in the Aplin Cemetery.
