Jessie A. Casto

Jessie Alden Casto, 72 of Canton, OH, formerly of Jackson County, passed away April 20, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center in Canton. He was born April 12, 1944 in Kanawha County, a son of the late Cleo Hoyt and Velva Rhodes Casto. He worked for Automatic Steel and later for Dynee Corporation. Following his time in the Steel Industry he worked for Penske Trucking. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Loa "Kay" Sheets Casto; his childen, Jessie A Casto II of Canton, Kevin W. (Lorraine) Casto of Belpre, OH, Barbara E. (Pastor Joel) Donahue of Canton and Sandra K. Casto of Canton; brother Leslie E. (Kathy) Casto of Belgrove; sisters Jean (Jim) Jeffers of Charleston and Ezzil Fields of Ripley; grandchildren Amanda Casto, Colton Casto, Jessiln Weekly, Seth Casto, Holly Casto, Kimber Casto, Preston Donohew, Dustin Edellman, Samuel Sweany and Dawson Sweany. He is also survived by many relatives, loved ones and friend in the Ripley and Kenna Area. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by sisters Maxine Kessel and Patsy (Amos) Crihfield. Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Burial will be in the Plainview Cemetery, Kenna.
