Jorita Mae Jenkins Bowman

Jorita Mae Jenkins Bowman 60 of Ripley passed away June 23, 2013 at her home surrounded by family following a long illness. She was born August 11, 1952 at Charleston a daughter of the late Thaddeus L. and Edna Mae Harrison Jenkins. She was a homemaker and a lifelong Christian. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Lance Corporal Randall Lee Jenkins. She is survived by her husband loving John E. Bowman of Ripley; two brothers Ricky D. Jenkins of Ripley and Russell l A. Jenkins of Sandyville; one sister Gina M. Jenkins Ramsey (Tim) of Sissonville and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be 1 pm Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Dee Rhodes officiating. Burial will be in the Floral Hills Garden of Memories at Pocatalico. Friends may call from 11 am until time of service on Wednesday.
