Joshua Clinton Good

Joshua Clinton Good, 38 of Ripley passed away suddenly on December 30, 2017 at his home. Josh was born January 10, 1979 in Charleston, WV. Josh attended Ripley High School and attended WVU-P and was a skilled equipment operator. He took great pride in running a small landscaping service. He was a natural born entertainer that lifted the spirits of those around him by using his talents as a song writer, a musician and a comedian. Above all things, Josh spent many of his years dedicated to his family by caring for the family land, animals and was a caregiver for his grandparents. Josh was most special to his sister Shannon and he was a life-long father figure to his nephew Gabriel Ray Good . Josh had a special bond with his first cousins, Mitchell, Canden, and Sheldon Sharp, Clint Good and Tiffany Barnette. Joshua is survived by his step-father Raymond L. Miller Jr. and mother Teresa Good Miller; brothers Jeremiah Good and Shane Miller; sisters Chris Miller Cottrill, Tara Miller McKown, Shannon Good and Sonda Miller; aunts Carolyn (Larry) Sharp and Karen (Dale) Barnette and uncle Wesley (Gail) Good. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by grandparents Clinton W. Good and Hattie Adkins Good. Funeral service will be 5:00 pm Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until the time of the service on Saturday. Committal service will be 1:00 pm Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Fairplain Cemetery, Ripley. Donations can be made to Goshen Baptist Church, 5251 Kentuck Rd., Kenna, WV 25248
