Joy Sue Scott

Joy Sue Scott, 70, of Ravenswood, passed away at her home Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at her home following an extended illness. She was born July 21, 1942 in Logan, daughter of the late Charles and Roma McKinney Nelson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Fairview Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Teddy Scott and a grandson, Caleb Morgan Scott. Surviving: Son, Teddy Raymond Scott (Diana) of Ravenswood; Sisters, Judy Weekly (Bill), of Sandyville and Karen Workman (Dickie) of Albany, OH. It was Joy's wish to be cremated. A committal service will be held at a later date at the Ravenswood Cemetery. Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, is honored to be serving the Scott family.
