Judith "Judy" Brotherton

Judith "Judy" Karen Brotherton of Leroy went to be with the Lord November 12, 2012 at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital following a long illness. She is a daughter of the late Charles and Ruby Whited Cunningham. Judy was a graduate of Poca High School, retired from the Medical Records Department at Jackson General Hospital. She was a Christian and attended Parchment Valley Baptist Church and Ripley Baptist Temple. Judy was an avid animal lover and enjoyed life to the fullest. She is survived by her husband of 43 years Keith Brotherton; niece Amelia Hayes of Raleigh, NC and nephew Clark Brotherton Hayes of Washington, PA. She is also survived by numerous cousins and many friends whom will miss her very much. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Patricia Ann Cunningham. Funeral service will be 2 pm Thursday, November 15, 2012 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastors Herman Robinson and Rick Perrine officiating. Burial will be in the Parsons Cemetery, Gay, WV. Friends may call from 5 pm until 8 pm Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the funeral home.
