Judith Ann Totten

Judith Ann (Bibbee) Totten, 82, of Washington, WV passed away on August 18, 2026. She was born on November 12, 1943, to the late Estel and Lillie (Gannon) Bibbee.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Amos R. Totten; brother, James Bibbee; sisters, infant Beverly Sue, Mildred, and Violet; and fur baby Casey.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Russell "Scott" Totten of Parkersburg WV; Daughters; Beverly Baker (Jim) of Virginia, and their children James Russell Baker (Angela) and Cora Fountaine (Jason), and Amy Armstrong of Washington, WV and her daughter Victoria; Great-grandchildren, Aurora Baker, Wesley Baker, Rhett Baker, Michael Dillon, Dharma Sunshine Fountaine, Keytree Rain Fountaine, and Shaelinn Dellinger; and brothers, Clarence, Estel Lee, Larry, John, Ronnie, and Gary.

Judith was a member of Fairveiw Church where she took part in being a member of the Red Hat Society and the Ladies Aide Society. She was also a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary for the Washington Bottom Volunteer Fire Department and spent time on the school’s PTA. She enjoyed sewing, embroidery, crocheting, and most of all tending to her flower beds in the garden.

A funeral service will be held at Waybright Funeral Home in Ripley, WV on Saturday, August 22nd at 2p.m. with visitation from 1p.m. until the service. Interment will immediately follow at Emma Chapel Cemetery in Liberty, WV. Following the burial, the family would like to invite attendees for a time of food and fellowship at the Fairview Church in Washington, WV.
