Julia Lowe

Julia Arbutus Lowe, 81, of Ripley passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022 at CAMC General Division. She was born April 4, 1941 at Charleston, WV a daughter of the late Shirley and Beulah Fisher. Julia is survived by her husband of 62 years, Ronald Lowe; children Gary Lowe (Terri) of Spencer, Greg Lowe (Jane Ann) of St Albans, Mark Lowe (Susie) of Mason County and Krystle McNeely of Ripley; brothers Paul Fisher of Nitro and Hershel Fisher of Evans; sisters Jane Wolf of Evans and Connie Fisher of Evans. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and 2 step-great-granchildren. A private graveside service will be held in the Fisher Cemetery at Sissonville.
