Kathy Sue Offutt

Kathy Sue (Boggess) Offutt, 65 of Sandyville went home to be with the Lord on April 12, 2021 at Camden Clark Medical Center following a short illness. She was born March 21, 1956 in Parkersburg, daughter of the late Clay and Pauline Gorrell Boggess. Kathy enjoyed gardening and reading. Her greatest joy in life was serving her Lord and being with her family. She will be remembered for the care she gave to her husband, children and grandchildren whom she was so proud. At the time of her death, she was attending Drift Run Church. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Gregory Offutt; children Justin (Whitney) Offutt, Heather (Stephen) Shedd and Stephen (Charlene) Offutt; her grandchildren, Parker and Emeri, Olivia, Stephanie, Tyler, William and Aubree, Riley, Bailey, Ryan, Nicholas and Kamryn; brother Randy Boggess; sisters Debra Anderson and Linda Fetty. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandchild, Aubrey Nicole Offutt Funeral Service will be 10:00 am Friday, April 16, 2021 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Dave Long officiating. Burial will be in the Independence Cemetery, Sandyville. Friends may call from 6 to 8 pm on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at the funeral home.
