Robert “Keith” Hill, 82 of Sandyville, passed away September 1, 2017 at his home following an accident while farming. He was born July 26, 1935 at Leroy, a son of the late Estel and Lurlean Harpold Hill. He was an Army Veteran during the Call Up of the Cuban Crisis. Keith retired from Kaiser Aluminum and Ravenswood Aluminum as a Mill Operator with 42 years of service and was a member of the United Steel Workers Union Local 5668. He loved Farming and welcomed the opportunity to be of help to anyone in need. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Helen Smith Hill; son Kevin (Lori) Hill of Sandyville; daughters Kim (Greyland) Rogers of Salisbury, NC and Karen Hill of Richmond, VA; grandchildren Matthew (Michelle) Hill, Kara Hill, Colton Rogers, Weston Rogers and Ashton Rogers; great grandson Jase Brown; brother Ronald Hill of Chester, MD and sister Betty (Hugh)Coffman of Marietta, OH. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Juanita Epling. Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Monday, September 4, 2017 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Danny McVay officiating. Burial will be in the Liverpool Cemetery, Liverpool, WV. Friends may call from 4 to 8 pm on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Monday.
