Kenneth L. Haynes Sr.

Kenneth L. Haynes, Sr., 69, of Gay passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Stonerise of Parkersburg following an extended illness. Kenneth was born June 16, 1953 in Sandyville, WV. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dorsel & Isabelle Haynes. Kenneth leaves behind a daughter Dawn (Scotty) Haynes of Ripley, WV; son Kenneth (Jessica) L. Haynes, Jr. of Columbiana, OH; 5 grandchildren, Albert, Sarah, Breann, Michael & Zach; 4 great-grandchildren, Judah, Stella, baby Sherrill & baby Haynes; sisters Pam (Phil) Brown and Debbie (Allen) Young; nephew Derek and niece Leslie. Kenneth was an avid hunter and gun collector. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, June 25th at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in the Independence Cemetery, Sandyvillve. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Ken’s memory to Stonerise of Parkersburg, Amedisys Hospice of Parkersburg or Indpendence Cemetery.
