Lorene L. Casto

Lorene Lee Casto, 73 of Ripley, passed away July 26, 2023 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.

She was born January 18, 1950 in Jackson County, daughter of the late Fred Price and Emma Fields Price Hartley. She worked as a waitress for many years and was a Christian by faith. Her greatest joys were spending time with her family especially Christmas, and going sleigh riding.

She is survived by her daughters, Tammy (Ray) Casto and Kelly (Kim) Trussell; sisters, Carrie Jones and Imogene Rhodes; grandchildren Kassandra Miller, Kaitlan (Jesse) Casto, Shayna (Charlie) Corns and Michaila (Shane) Gibson; great grandchildren, Coleton, Xander, Wyatt and Sawyer.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Charles Price, Steve Price, Pete Price, Roger Price and Junior Price; sister Juanita Casto, Macil Casto, Delcia Casto and Dorothy Fields.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Monday, July 31, 2023 at the Siniaville Church, Statts Mill. Burial will be in the Siniaville Cemetery, Statts Mill, following the service. Friends may call from 12:00 pm until the time of service at the church.
