Lucille Counts

Lucille Counts, 71, of Kenna passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston after a courageous fight with lung cancer

Lucille was born April 12, 1953 at Charleston, WV a daughter of the late Delmer and Helen (Walker) Spradling. Lucille enjoyed a good cup of coffee while watching TV, with her favorite being the SyFy Channel. She also loved playing with her great-granddaughter, Charlotte. Lucille will be remembered as the strongest woman they knew and fought until her last breath.

Lucille is survived by her daughters Tina Brunty (Arlie) and Terri Payne; grandson Jesse Counts and great-granddaughter Charlotte Counts.

In addition to her parents Lucille was preceded in death by the love of her life, Roger Gene Counts, stepfather Paul Spradling and 16 siblings.
