Margaret Esther Wilcoxen

Margaret Esther Wilcoxen, 95, of Sandyville, WV went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Eldercare in Ripley, WV. She died peacefully surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 3, 1919 in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of the late Roy Hunter and Mary Coleman Hunter Morgan. Margaret loved life and was always hard at work. She enjoyed her farm, flowers, crocheting and reading. She devoted her life to raising her grandchildren Mike Watkins and Dianne Conner. She was loved by her family and will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She is survived by her son Roy Wilcox(Karen) of Parkersburg and daughters Mary Snyder of Parkersburg and Donna Murray(Delmer) of Sandyville, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers Jay and Jack Hunter, sons Denny Wilcox and Bellma Paxton(Helen), daughters Penny Watkins(Mike) and Carol Wilcox, granddaughters Tina Sommerville(Robert) and Debra Parker, grandson Mike Watkins and a special son-in-law Harold Syder. Funeral arrangements are being made with Waybright Funeral Home with a private graveside ceremony taking place at a later date.
