Mary Elaine Brown

Mary Elaine Brown, 75, of Belpre, OH passed away May 30, 2026, at Summit Acres in Caldwell, Ohio.

Mary was born October 5, 1950, at Fairplain, WV a daughter of the late Orville Denvil and Mildred Elaine (Casto) Randolph.

Mary enjoyed playing bingo, bowling and cooking. Most of all she loved spending time with all of her grandchildren. She attended Ripley High School and was a Baptist by faith.

Mary is survived by her children, Jeffrey (Sherry), Deanna, Steve (Kelly) and Danielle (Rob); siblings Denver “Denny” Randolph, Jane Cook, Eurada Bailey and Wanda Welsh. Grandchildren Darrell Williams (Terri), Stephanie Click (Justin), Dakota (Cheyenne) Williams, Angelena Pray (Zac), Shayla Blackburn, Wesley Taylor (Emily), Dylan Brown (Kelsey), Cheyenne Brown, Taylor Brown (Matt), Derek Counts, Sierra Brown (Stephen), and Savanna Martin (Zach). She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Otis Brown; second husband Ralph Meade; sister Cora Williams; grandson Scotty Brown and great-granddaughter Addalynn Williams.
