Mary Jane Rhodes

Mary Jane Westfall Rhodes, 61, of Ripley passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 19, 2021. She was born August 25, 1959 in Jackson County a daughter of the late Otis and Mertie Fisher Westfall. Mary was a homemaker who had a love for her family, especially her grandchildren who were the joy of her life and loved spoiling all of them. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Jesse Rhodes; children Jason Rhodes (Cathleen) and Sarah Board (Brian); sister Linda Rexroad. She is also survived by her grandchildren Brooklyn Board, Lexxi Rhodes, Breelyn Board and Jenson Rhodes. A funeral service to celebrate Mary’s life will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 23rd at Waybright Funeral Home with Pastor Lymon Anderson officiating. Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in the Evans Cemetery at Gay. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the maintenance funds of the Evans or White Pine Cemetery.
