Nevada Sueann Burnem

Nevada Sue Ann Burnem, 72 of Sandyville passed away September 22, 2015 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington following a long illness. She was born November 13, 1942 at Hastings, WV, daughter of the late Samuel Porter and Anna Laura King Braniff. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her children, Robin Lynn Funk and her husband Robert of Friendsville, MD, Donald Paul Redman and his wife Laura of Gay, James David Redman of Sandyville, Anna Marie Corby and husband Anthony of Rutherfordton, NC, Tamara Leigh Sphar and husband John of Albright, WV and Donna Renee Burnem of Ripley; brothers and sisters James Hubert Braniff of Cincinnati, OH, Gary Ray Braniff of Mineral City, OH, Flora "Carolyn" Thornton of Parma, OH and Pauline Dare Syruws of Terra Alta, WV. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren and her former husband Richard Burnem. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first Husband Willard Guy Redman, a daughter Patricia Ann Burnem and five brothers and five sisters. Funeral Service will be1:00 pm Friday, September 25, 2015 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Seldon Angus officiating. Burial will be in the Lanham Cemetery, Kenna.
