Olkin Ray "Oak" Scott, 54 of Ripley passed away January 28, 2016 at Jackson General Hospital following a sudden illness. He was born November 18, 1961 in Gallipolis and was a 1980 graduate of Buffalo High School. He worked on Oil Rigs most of his life. He is survived by his sons, Josh, Caleb and David Scott; brothers Joey Jeffers, Chris Jeffers and Shannon Jeffers. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at the Waybright Funeral Home Service: Wednesday, February 3, 2016 6:00 pm Waybright Funeral Home
