Oris D. Myers

Oris Delmar Myers, 65, of Ripley passed away Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Jackson General Hospital.

Oris was born January 7, 1961 in Ripley, a son of the late Oley Hoyt and Evelene (Richards) Myers.

Oris enjoyed listening to the Mountaineers and loved his dogs Dusty and Buddy.

He is survived by his brothers Bobby and Danny Myers and sisters Janet Myers, Rosetta Myers, Thelma Myer, Jo Ann Hughes, Betty Brown and Stella Hammond.

In addition to his parents, Oris was preceded in death by siblings Oley Edmund Myers, Claire Gene Myers, Fay Miller and Kathy Parsons.
