Orville Ray Burdette

Orville “Ray” Burdette, 63, of Sissonville passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at his home.

Orville was born September 29, 1959 to the late Orville Gene and Carol (Bostic) Burdette. Orville was a member of the Sissonville Community Church.

Orville is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Kathy (Halley) Burdette; sons Michael (Kristina) Burdette and Donald Burdette; daughters Christina (Terry) Mason and Takara (Joseph) Romeo; sisters Sue Young and Joyce Frazier; brother Kenny Burdette; grandchildren Zack, Trinity (John), Elizabeth, Skyler, Samantha, Donald Jr., Teryn and Lucas; great-grandchildren Braxton and Lincoln. He is also survived by a bonus daughter Crystal Hayes.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday, September 29th at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Gerald Walls officiating. Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until the time of the service.
