Patricia Gail (Fisher) Summers

Patricia Gail (nee Fisher) Summers, 70, of Webster Groves, MO, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2013 at home after a long illness. Her husband and daughters were by her side. Patty was born February 28, 1942 in Kenna, WV, was raised there and graduated from Ripley High School in 1960. After high school, Patty met and later married Harold David Summers of Charleston, WV. Patty was a kind and very gentle Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Aunt, Cousin and Friend who will be forever loved and deeply missed. She was a lover of shopping, fashion, decorating, babies and children, and spent countless hours volunteering at her children's schools as well as providing a fun-filled life for her kids and grandsons. She was known to everyone for her generosity of spirit and her amazing style. Most of all, she had a deep love for her family and friends. Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Harold, her children Tyra (Matt) Gallagher of Webster Groves, MO, Ashley (Chris) Brammeier of Edwardsville, IL, four cherished grandsons: Harry, Logan, Sam and Oliver. She is also survived by her siblings Lanny (Dottie) of Kenna, WV, Linda McKeny of Charleston, WV, and Stevie (Ann) of Liberty, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents Vesta and Troy Fisher.
