Paulette D. Rhodes

Paulette D. Rhodes, 76 of Leroy, WV went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 13, 2022.

She was born on June 18, 1946 in Spencer, WV a daughter of the late Ray Parrish and Pauline Waybright Parrish. She was a graduate of Ripley High School Class of 1964. Paulette enjoyed taking care of her family and cooking and baking the best meals. Her passion was scrapbooking with her close friends and family: Diane Judy, Ruby Kerns and Joan Fields.

She is survived by her son, Donnie (Mary) Rhodes of Ravenswood; her daughter Becky (Shawn) Walker of Liberty; grandchildren Cody Walker (Chelsea) of Kenna, Whitney Fulk (Ryan) of Sandyville, Cassie Milam (Spudd) of LeRoy and Colton Rhodes of Ravenswood; great-grandchildren Hadleigh, Alayna, Stella, Bransen, Layla and Truett; brother Doug Parrish of LeRoy.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Arnold C. Rhodes

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Monday, October 17th at Waybright Funeral Home with Pastor Dee Rhodes officiating. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Hughes-Hunt Cemetery on Vicars Ridge, Roane County. Following the committal service at the cemetery the family will receiving friends and relatives at the Liberty Lions Club located on Route 34 in Liberty.
