Pauline Ruby Cummings

Pauline Ruby Kiser Cummings, 91, of Kentuck passed away Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Jackson General Hospital following an extended illness. She was born April 2, 1925 at Dunbar, WV a daughter of the late Otmer and Faye Parsons Kiser. She married her husband Troy on December 8, 1944 and moved to Oberlin, Ohio where she would work as an inspector for General Motors at the Elyria plant. She retired to Shalimar, FL before returning to West Virginia. Pauline is survived by daughters Brenda Lou (Thomas) Callen of Neverra, FL and Valerie Sue (Gary) Lint, who she made her home with at Kentuck, WV; Grandchildren Mark Gibson (Cindy) Callen, Kelley Ann Callen (Jeff), Thomas “Sonny” (Courtney) Callen, Wendy Ann Strickland (David), and Gary Wayne Lint II; Great-Grandchildren Brittney and Kendal Callen, Sarah, Abby, Eli, and Noah Heath, Ajax and Elsie Callen, Stacey Ann and Randal Troy Strickland; 2 great-great grandchildren; and Sister Joyce Amos. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Troy in 1986. Brother Gene Kiser and sister Evelyn Keller. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Danny Cummings officiating. Friends may call on the family from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will following in the Goshen Cemetery at Kentuck.
