Ralph Scott Frazier

Ralph Scott Frazier, 50 of Charleston passed away December 12, 2016. He was born April 8, 1966 in New Jersey, a son of the late Ralph and Adele Stout Frazier. He was a graduate of Ravenswood High School Class of 1985 and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked as a Fabricator for West Virginia Steel. He is survived by daughters Kelsey Casto and Laura Frazier both of Ripley; sisters Jill Varney and Penny Huffman, and six grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Friends may call from 6:00 pm until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley is serving the family.
