Randy Johnson

Randall Ray “Randy” Johnson, 65 of Ripley, passed away Monday, September 3, 2018 at Thomas Memorial Hospital following a long illness. He was born October 9, 1952 in Clarksburg, WV, a son of Rachel Miller Johnson of Ripley and the late Leo Johnson. Randy was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and installed Dry Wall. In addition to his mother, Rachel Johnson, he is survived by his daughter, Tracy Johnson of Pittsburgh, PA; son Randy Johnson Jr. of Ripley; brother Wendall Johnson of Summersville; sister Angela Ferguson of Peoria, IL; grandchildren, Nathan Johnson, Miranda Johnson, Emma Johnson and Audrey Miller. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a sister, Cheryl Lynn Johnson Funeral Service will be 12:15 pm Thursday, September 6, 2018 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Military Rites will be provided by the Jackson County Honor Guard. Friends may call on the family from 11:00 am until the time of service, 12:15 pm, at the funeral home.
