Reanay Hankins

Reanay Hankins, 47, of Kenna passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2023.

Reanay was born September 29, 1975 in Bluefield, WV a daughter of the late Joe Hankins and Vivian Bernice Matney. In addition to her parents Reanay was preceded in death by her son, Caleb Ariel Watson-Hankins and her grandma Nellie Luvada Counts.

Reanay was survived by her sister Vanessa Matney & children Dakota, Vivian and Amythyst Matney & Keenan Alvin;

Brother Matthew Hankins & children; Matthew Dalton Shepherd & Isabella Hankins

Her interests were anything the Lord lead her to do, volunteering with the community, fund raising for charity & working with her sisters in Christ to spread the Word of God.

Her hobbies were giving herself selflessly to her family and friends, surprising her loved ones with unexpected gifts of love, caring & generosity. She touched the lives of everyone she knew.

Her goal in life was to make her family and friends as happy as possible while she was here on Earth and her goal in the afterlife was to go home to be with Jesus and reunite with Caleb & Mamaw in Heaven.

Her memorial service & celebration of life will be Saturday January 21st at 2pm at the Higher Ground Christian Fellowship, 705 Hansford St., St. Albans 25177.
