Robin Lynn Kersey

Robin Lynn Kersey, 69, of Goldtown passed away on March 15, 2026 at Camden Clark Medical Center following a brief illness.

She was born March 31, 1956 in Kenna, WV to the late Mytrle Casto and Warren Casto.

Robin spent over 25 years working as a nurse for Jackson General and Charleston Memorial Hospital. She was always known for her kind attitude and would do anything for anyone. Robin was also a very devout Christian as well, studying scripture in her free time. She will be remembered as being wonderful mother to both Carrie (Jeremy) and Ashley Anderson.

Robin was the youngest of 5 siblings. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Kersey and siblings Jimmy, Betty and Darrell Casto.

The family would like to thank Camden Clark ICU team for doing everything they could and making her comfortable until the very end.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday, March 20th at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Lee Anderson officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
