Ruby E. Williams

Ruby E. Williams, 99 of Ripley, passed away September 7, 2017 at Eldercare of Ripley following a long illness. She was born July 10, 1918 in Roane County, a daughter of the late Willington “Bud” and Lora Walls Milhoan. She was a Homemaker and member of the Ripley Church of Christ. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Cecil Williams. She is survived by her daughters, Shirley Stanley of Parkersburg and Patty Burdette of Kenna; sons Danny Williams of Ravenswood, Bill Williams of Melbourne, FL, Doug Williams of Ripley and Ricky Williams of Conover, NC. There will be a Private Graveside Service at the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Roane County. Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley is serving the family.
