Ruth Christine Hughart

Ruth Christine Hughart, 72 of Romance, passed away September 23, 2021 at Hospice House in CAMC, Charleston. She was born March 26, 1949 in Charleston, a daughter of the late Renis and Blanche Minney. She retired from the State of West Virginia Insurance Commission. Ruth loved all her pets and enjoyed raising flowers and gardening. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Larry Hughart; daughter Misty (Daryle) Bayless; grandchildren Jerrad and Keith Holstein and special friend, Debbie Ooten. In honoring her wishes she will be cremated and no public service. Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley is serving the family.
