Ruth Evelyn Miller, 70, of Ripley passed away Friday, February 17, 2017 at her home following a sudden illness. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Kenny Asbury officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Independence Cemetery, Sandyvillle.
