Sally E. Antal

Sally E. Antal, 82 of Ripley passed away May 4, 2020 at Charleston Memorial Hospital following a long illness. She was born January 5, 1938 at Rockcastle, WV, daughter of the late Alva “Case” Phillip and Aulene Marie Boswell Barnette. She retired from Kaiser Aluminum and attended the Grasslick Baptist Church. Sally enjoyed gardening and working in the flowers even if it was pulling weeds. She is survived by her daughters Cindy Toler (David) of Charleston and Mindy Antal of Ripley; step- son: Thomas K. Antal of Winter Haven, FL;Brother Ed Barnette (Mary Anne) of Ripley; Sisters Patsy Harrison (Larry) of St. Albans, Janet Jordan (John) of Parkersburg; grandchildren Joshua Berry, Ryan Toler and Lauren Toler and three great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Thomas L. Antal; brothers Carroll, Darrell and Alva Barnette. Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Thursday, May 7, 2020 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with John Gunther officiating. Burial will be in the Given Cemetery, Given, WV.
