Sharon Lee Donohew

Sharon Lee Donohew, 74 of Ripley, passed away January 28, 2018 at Marietta Memorial Hospital following a long illness. She was born July 9, 1943 in Henderson, WV, a daughter of the late Orval and June Martin Fielder. Sharon was a 1961 Graduate of Pt. Pleasant High School. She was a cashier and clerk at Kroger’s in Ripley and Gallipolis, OH. She is survived by daughters, Angela Howery and her husband Jerry of Ripley and Sherri Sayre of Fairplain; sisters Diana Wright and Carolyn Johnson of Gallipolis, Pat Ball of New Haven and Debbie (Jack) Simpkins of Pt. Pleasant; brothers Ronald (Pat) Fielder of Sacramento, CA and Bob Fielder of Pt. Pleasant; grandchildren Amanda (Allan) Ashby, Nick (Logan) Howery and Kayla Sayre; great grandchildren Alea (Tyler) Ryman, Kassidy, Kelci, Alaina, Kaiden and Addalynn Ashby, Joseph Kyle and Brooklyn Elizabeth Keefer. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Neal and brothers Richard and Michael Fielder. Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Jonathan Pinson officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.
