Sharon Lynn Pauley

Sharon Lynn Pauley, 83, of Gandeeville passed away Monday, June 7, 2021 at her home following an extended illness. She was born June 11, 1937 at Charleston, a daughter of the late Ernest Wesley and Dollie Marie Frazer Murphy. Sharon was a nurse for many years and worked at CAMC Memorial and the State of West Virginia. Sharon had a love for horses as well as farming, gardening and working with flowers. Sharon is survived by a daughter-in-law Martha Pauley; grandchildren Josh Pauley, Matthew Pauley, Matilda Harper, Alice Mullins and Dallas Harper; great-grandchildren Gage Pauley, Kassandra Pauley, Mattie Pauley, Trenton Harper, Raven Harper, Haley Ward, Hannah Mullins and Adeline Sell; great nieces Pearl Betts and Carolyn Heath. She is also survived by special friends Bill and Helen Craver. In addition to her parents Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Jarrett Pauley and sons, Jerry and Matt Pauley. A funeral service to celebrate Sharon’s life will be held 12 p.m. Saturday, June 12th at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Dee Rhodes officiating.
