Sherry Lynn Southall

Sherry Lynn Southall, 62 of Leroy, passed away December 31, 2020 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg, WV following a long illness. She was born February 10, 1958 in Kanawha County, a daughter of the late Robert Lee and Brenda Comer Kessel. She was a homemaker and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Frederick Southall; her sons, Frederick Keith Southall and his wife Sharon and Jason Lee Southall; grandchildren, Justin Southall, Dakota Southall and Kaylee Southall; sister Ginger Kessel Mason and bother Richard Bryant Kessel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and grandparents she was preceded in death by a sister, Yvonne Louise “Lou” Parsons and Robert Lee Kessel Jr. Funeral Service will be 5:00 pm Sunday, January 3, 2021 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Dee Rhodes officiating. Friends may call on the family from 3:00 pm until the time of service on Sunday. In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic we ask that those attending follow guidelines set by the state of West Virginia, wearing of a Mask is required, and social distancing will be observed.
