Stephanie L. Southall

Stephanie Lynn (Keeney) Southall, 56 of Ripley went to be with the Lord on December 21, 2021 at the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, following a long illness. Stephanie was born April 11, 1965 in Charleston, WV, a twin daughter of Carolyn Winter Keeney of Ripley and Roy Keeney of Boiling Springs, NC. She was a 1983 graduate of Ripley High School. She was very talented at whatever she set her mind to do. She enjoyed bowling, crafting, golfing and many types of photography including, Art Photography and Wedding Photography. She worked for Olan Mills, and was a Hairdresser for over 20 years. Stephanie also worked for the State of West Virginia as an event planner. She was a Christian and a member of the West Ripley Baptist Church. She is survived by her sons, Logan Ballard of Ripley and Chase (Rose Johnson) Ballard of Glen; her twin sister, Jennifer (Eric) Clark of Marietta, OH; mother, Carolyn Keeney of Ripley; father, Roy Keeney of Boiling Springs, NC; nephews William and Austin Clark of Virginia Beach, VA and sister-in-law Stephanie (Kevin) Casto of Ripley along with many cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Warren and Ilene Winter. Funeral Service will be 7:00 pm Monday, December 27, 2021 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with Pastor Franklin Howerton officiating. A time of visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm on Monday at the funeral home. Committal service will be at 1:00 pm Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at the Fairplain Cemetery, Ripley.
