Stuart M. Wood Jr.

Stuart M. "Woody" Wood Jr. 61 of Given passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013 at his home following a sudden illness. He was born June 19, 1951 at Baltimore, MD a son of the late Stuart M. and Evelyn Forbes Wood. He was a Veteran of the US Army and retired from the US Postal Service. He was owner of Woody's Locksmith Shop. He is survived by sons Paul S. Wood of Given and Joseph M. Wood and his wife Anna of Clendenin ; daughter Kelli Anne Duskey of Ripley; Brother Don R. Wood of Baltimore; sisters Doris Ann Morris of Virginia, Loretta May Neiswenter of Given and Mary Klump of Baltimore; grandchildren Zachary, Kylara, Madisyn, Dakota, Makenzie, Olivia, LeighAnn , Shana and Addisyn In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Karen L. Wood and a brother Charles Wood. Funeral Service will be 1 pm Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Dee Rhodes officiating. Entombment with Military Rites provided by American Legion Post 107 will be in the Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville.
