Tammy Jo Winter

Tammy Jo Winter, 57, of Sandyville passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Hubbard Hospice House West. She was born June 29, 1964 at Ripley, WV a daughter of the late Mac and Audrey (Shaffer) Davis. Tammy enjoyed NASCAR racing, as well as taking trips to Daytona Beach and the mountains. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and loved when they would come and stay with her at her house, which she nicknamed the Holiday Inn. She is survived by her daughters Tamara Winter (Jeff Thomas) and Nicole Shamblin (Paul); brother Wade Davis (Alice) and sister-in-law Peggy Davis; grandchildren David Wayne, Blake Thomas, Kyra Winter, Ethan Shamblin, Logan Shamblin, Jordan Shamblin, Brandon Shamblin, Austin Shamblin, Izaiah Sharp, Beth Thomas and Ashley Crawford. She is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Jerrel Davis.
