Terry L. Anderson

Terry Lee Anderson, 62, passed away in Miletree Nursing Home in Spencer following a long battle with cancer. Terry was born in Ripley on August 22, 1959 to the late David Arnold Anderson and Genavee Stewart Anderson. Terry served in the Army Reserves for several years and spent many years in Florida where he worked in construction. He is survived by a son, Terry Lee Anderson II of Columbus, OH; brother David Anderson (Linda) of Ripley and James Anderson (Kandell) of Ripley; sisters Bernice Casto of Ripley, Charlotte Warmoski (John) of San Antonio, TX and Dorothy Cook (Galen) of Point Pleasant. He is also survived by man nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Terry was preceded in death by a brother, Everett Anderson; sisters Sharon Abbott Wilson and Mary Ann Anderson Reed and a daughter Genny Anderson. Special thanks goes out to all the wonderful nurses and staff at Miletree Nursing Home, who were great with Terry. The family would also like to thank Hospice for spending countless hours listening and taking care of Terry. A memorial service to celebrate Terry’s life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, March 26th at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the time of the service.
