Thomas M. Kibble

Thomas Melvin Kibble, 85 of Sandyville, went home to be with the Lord on December 10, 2023 at Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston.

He was born December 14, 1937 in Sandyville, son of the late Thomas and Mabel Carmichael Kibble. He was a 1956 graduate of Gilmore High School and a Lifelong member of the Sandyville Church of Christ. He was a Mechanic with the Operating Engineers Local 132 and enjoyed squirrel hunting, fishing and playing Rook. He was a member of the Sandyville Senior Center and loved to tell stories about his pipe lining career.

He is survived by his wife of 66 Years, Rosie Hinzman Kibble; son, Jeff Kibble and his wife Aimee of Sandyville, sister, Bernice Weaver of Sandyville; grandchildren, Jesse Kibble and Emilee (Chris) Blosser.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James E. Kibble and sisters Ida Belle Thomas and Mary Virginia Postlewait.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Friends may call on the family from 10:00am until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
