Tizza L. Lucas

Tizza L. Lucas, 67 of Ravenswood, passed away November 1, 2024 while in Kanawha Hospice at CAMC Memorial.

Tizza was born April 24, 1957 in Ripley, son of the late Robert and Joyce Camron Lucas. He was a 1975 graduate of Ripley High School and served his country in the US Army. He was a Truck Driver for many years. Tizza was a member of the Ashton Masonic Lodge #12 in Ravenswood and a former member of the Ripley Masonic Lodge #16. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, shooting pool and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his sons Tizza Lee (Cecilia) Lucas II and Jacob (Kylie) Lucas; sisters, Star Taylor, Bobbi Lucas, Linda (Doug) Vannest and Karla Sue Lucas; grandchildren, Addalynn Lucas, mason Lucas, Micah Lucas, Peyton Lucas and Annleigh Lucas.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Lisa Hamilton and two wives, Chong Sue Lucas in 1976 and Virginia Marie Lucas in 1994.

Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Benny Skeen officiating. Burial will be in the Independence Cemetery, Sandyville, WV. Friends may call on the family from 12:00 pm until the time of service on Wednesday.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the funeral home to help with expenses.
